Strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the subregions, as a platform for articulation and development of actions in the different links of the chain, in favor of the promotion and revitalization of STI policies. -Socialization and dissemination of the CTI plan to all sub-regions. -Support from the subregional CUEEs to publicize the road map in which work will be carried out in an articulated manner.

-Provide support to the Administrative and Financial Director in the control of expenses, contracts, Customer Service management, purchases and quality management in accordance with established procedures. -Support the processes of planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of academic training actions in accordance with the procedure and activities established in the plans and programs of the teaching center.

Support in billing and payment activities to suppliers. -Management of supports for liquidation of days of rest and compensatory of employees. -Optimization and preparation of reports for the effective management of information and decision-making. -Preparation of operating manual.
