 Efficiently and effectively manage the resources collected to maintain both the co-ownership infrastructure and its economic resources in optimal conditions; through good operational and logistical management, controlling income and expenses.  Prepare and present accounting and financial reports to the council members and the assembly.

 Manage and monitor the execution of the budget assigned to the Regional in order to generate alerts, adjust and make the required improvements according to the institutional guidelines to guarantee compliance with the results of the Annual Operational Plan of the Regional.  Prepare monthly and annual financial execution reports of the budget assigned to the regional and the resources assigned to the agreements made.
