As a global innovation manager, I lead innovation in a strategic account across all Teleperformance sites in Trust and Safety segment for different sites located in four regions. To do this, I carry out a value acquisition strategy through the discovery and identification of initiatives that solve the weaknesses of the operations, to later achieve a precise and commercial association with the client.
