Perform validation of information that reaches the CMDB area in Excel format, to verify the configuration elements used by the Judicial Branch in its facilities and which are directly associated with its officials, this verification is also performed directly in the Service Now tool, which is used for the creation of internal cases, additionally I have also provided first level support to said officials of the Superior Council of the Judiciary - Branch
