•Perform manual and functional tests on new products and/or applications. •Plan, design and execute test cases to guarantee the quality and functionality of the products. •Prepare the plan document of tests based on the requirements and defined user stories. •Use tools such as Jira, Redmine, Testlink, Postman and DBeaver for the management and monitoring of tests.

• Install and configure the technology to be used in the company. • Prepare and present system availability reports, in accordance with customer requirements. • Provide training to customers on the different applications and platforms. • Perform SQL queries in the database to obtain information and document tickets escalated to development staff. • Manage tickets.
