I was in charge of more than 4 contractors in charge of deploying crews to the schools. I had to carry out periodic follow-up, advice and training, making sure that each crew did their work within the estimated times.

I started in the company supervising processes and then I was promoted as coordinator for the mobile deployment project, taking charge of the entire operation in the central area of Pías.
