Led a team of 5 peers in the development of a POS and E-commerce system in partnership with the World Bank, aiming to give 200 small farmers and businesses a new path for selling and purchasing local products. Supported 3 junior developers in their first employee experience

Looked for new technologies and strategies in order to improve the development and deployment processes, implementing features based on microservices, CQRS, Event sourcing, DDD, containers, Google Cloud, etc.

Developed an inventory management application and integrated it with external systems, achieving a key part of the core business and increasing over 40% the users of the platform. Helped the company recruit and onboard 4 students and new engineers in order to enable them to start their internship or first experience as developers.

Improved a set of existing web services and legacy Android/iOS applications for sales and purchasing orders, decreasing over 70% off errors related to concurrency and transaction management.

Developed and supported 5 websites for banks and other Latin American clients, using different programming languages and frameworks.

Migrated 1 of those projects to a safer web server environment
