 I led the cleaning project with Bancamía at the national level, applying the agile methodology to manage the scope, time, cost and quality of the service.  I coordinated a multidisciplinary team of more than 220 people, promoting communication, collaboration and constant feedback between members and clients.  Supervised payroll, disability, permits and other aspects related to human resources, using technological tools to optim
