As an intern UX designer, I was in charge of analyzing and supporting the different initiatives and projects of the Innovation Management from the user experience (UX) environment, in addition to proposing and implementing improvements that included design of graphic pieces, design of instructions visuals, journey maps, low-level prototyping and advice to other areas on UX, usability and gestalt laws. As well as leading one of the processes aligned with the Bank's digital transformation.

Restructuring and redesign of the external page of the Innovation Management, a site where the achievements, events and projects that the area has achieved are published.
