Ensure compliance with standard documented information for metrological assurance in accordance with ISO 9001. Conduct customer visits to carry out metrological assurance of measuring instruments. Participate in the infrastructure maintenance process, contributing to the creation of documents with procedures, instructions, applications and formats. Integrate spare parts inventories, electrical equipment databases, maintenance and visit schedules, and work orders into applications using Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel and Forms. Coordinate the team of technicians in the process of preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment used in the various work centers, managing the acquisition of necessary spare parts and ensuring compliance with the scheduled schedule of activities for both infrastructure and electrical equipment. Assist in the review of documented information for the preparation of the ICONTEC external audit, ISO 9001 standard.
