As an allied lawyer in the area of state contracting, I have accompanied different private companies in their contracting processes with the public sector. In this sense, I have structured proposals within tenders, I have negotiated clauses of agreements and contracts for the provision of services with legal entities related to the technology sector.

As a lawyer in the director's office, I participated in the negotiation and execution of the contracts in charge of the area. In this sense, I have skills in relation to direct contracting processes, public tenders, and selection processes under a private contracting regime in different amounts.
