within the path of business growth and strengthening, training them in topics related to: digital marketing, value offering, accounting, human capital, among others. • Carry out diagnoses, monitoring and evaluation of processes during the execution of the project. • Guide and promote business relationship spaces with entrepreneurs to generate greater visibility and impact in the market and facilitate opportunities.

• Coordination of the socialization process of the People's Fund project among the citizens of the Department of Atlántico. • Accompaniment within the process to more than 4,500 beneficiary entrepreneurs, providing the assigned work team with training materials. • Supervise the training and workshops provided to the beneficiaries during the program on different topics related to entrepreneurship and financial education.
