Job Description: Provide support, support and training to the different business areas in infrastructure, hardware, applications, base software and end-user tools, in order to keep the different systems in normal operation. Ensure the normal operation of the computer center, including telephone plant, UPS, servers, networks and maintenance plans, backups, contingency and security.
