• I worked for a year in the human management area providing support to the selection processes. • I applied and qualified more than 10 types of psychotechnical tests including: DISC, Wartegg 16 Campos, 16PF, CMT, Valanti, Self-perception test, among others. • I implemented filters in the selection process that are still in force to date: initial interview and feedback to candidates. • I supported the digitization of selection process files, approximately 300 a month.
