I perform in the position of Requirements leader, performing tasks of gathering requirements and functional tests.

Coordinate the stage of surveying business processes and requirements for the projects of the Software factory.

I played the role of Senior Test Engineer and Requirements Engineer. I was Test Coordinator for one of the projects I worked on and was in charge of the Transition to the client. I also performed functional tests and developed test case design.

• Coordinate the project support team from February 2013 for 1 year approx. • Lead the attention to customer incidents • Design and execution of software tests • Specification of the business process model for the Follow-up Procedures and Taxpayer Defense services.
