I structured, configured and socialized through the use of tools for the extraction and transformation of data, reports, databases and training management charts for the different areas of AVH and external entities.

I designed and delivered through the MINT software the implementation of the training programs, forms and reports according to the manuals and processes of the aeronautical operator COA AVGU.

I carried out control and monitoring of the daily operation of crew members, guaranteeing the quality of crew information in the operational system through the use of management indicators before the areas involved.

I rescheduled and controlled itineraries for Colombia and Ecuador for more than 2,000 crew members, ensuring through the use of specialized software that the flights had assigned the demands of suitable personnel, in accordance with the rules and policies established by the company.
