In the payment risk department, my main functions include guiding my team towards compliance with corporate objectives regarding risks in credit/debit card transactions. I am also responsible for everything related to chargebacks and fraud prevention in the financial system. As a team leader, I am also responsible for coordinating the processes with the other areas of the company.

As VIP manager, I was the person responsible for the entire department and the team, my main functions were to design promotional offers to promote/encourage our most important players to play the game, and thus increase profits for the company. Also, he was in charge of promoting experiences between the user and our brand, inviting them to share in exclusive events, in order to build brand loyalty.
