✅Develop with the different directions and the CEO: the Annual Strategic Plan (PAE). ✅Continuously direct and strengthen the PMO office under global good practices in project management. ✅Be in charge of the support, control and general direction of the foundation's programs and projects, and of providing the guidelines, tools and methodologies to the leaders in charge of the different projects. ✅Manage the foundation's project bank and document database

✅Design strategies, programs and training to strengthen the skills and competencies of the chapter's members and volunteers.
