I use tools like AWS (CloudWatch, CloudFormation, among others), Spectrum, UIM, Dashboards in Dynatrace, Pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Create computer solutions to automate incident response. Implement projects to support user information and document structure. Raise security levels in institutional platforms and other internal technological tools of the organization. Manage services and content of the institution's website.

Automate management of requirements in the help desk and increase security standards in the organization's internal applications.

Take on the role of Scrum Master to moderate the daily and manage the removal of impediments. Participate in meetings with customers promoting incremental value to the product. Update backlogs in tools like Jira, Trello, Office 365, and GLPI with the status of projects along with the risk management process.
