Design, develop and monitor indicators / KPI's with those responsible for the process, establishing improvement opportunities based on data analysis that support decision making; guaranteeing the definition, understanding and acceptance of the product value offer with Steakholders

Automation of queries and processes, as well as their corresponding reporting; generating alerts to the affectations in indicators with the objective of creating action plans that leverage the fulfillment of the goals

ETL processes from the inventory database such as suppliers and customers, additionally analyzing the behavior of the commercialization of the items, as well as their traceability.
