Responsible for the correct implementation of the Salesforce CRM platform in the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, guaranteeing the correct creation of fields, objects and automated processes through programming in Apex, flows or process builder, integrating Salesforce with SAP B1 through REST API, in order to improve internal processes and the company's relationship with its customers.
