Portfolio management, with their respective programs and projects to achieve the materialization of strategic initiatives. • Guarantee in a centralized and standardized manner methodologies, formats and policies for the management of projects. • Follow up on projects, effective relationship with clients and accompaniment to project leaders. • Training and promotion of the project management methodology in the organization.
