I have been in charge of the administration of the project plans and the teams assigned to clients such as Tuiss Chile, Tuiss Argentina, Blush-Bar and Alfa. Also of the preparation and presentation of progress reports of the assigned projects, and the management of the control of changes in the scope of the projects in development.
