I currently work as an area supervisor and have developed coordination functions on different occasions assigned by management. I am in charge of managing my team and the operative for the correct development of their functions and achievement of the proposed objectives, as well as the metrics of each indicator.

The main achievement has been the rotation through different areas, and the invitation of the director to participate in a project focused on the measurement of results by each supervisor.

I was responsible for leading a team of agents and ensuring compliance with the different kpis, providing operational support to achieve the objectives set.

The main achievement within this organization was going from being a service agent in a span of 4 months to being an operations supervisor and managing a group of more than 30 agents who were my peers.
