Support the definition of territorial management processes of methodological routes in educational institutions and toy libraries; Support processes for the establishment of alliances, articulation with external allies at the territorial level; Contribute to the construction of technical and conceptual foundation documents for the Felix and Susana Program; Support the analysis of data, information, processes, tools and methodologies of the Program.

- Formulate and execute educational projects to strengthen character and development of socio-emotional skills in students from ninth to eleventh grade; Train and accompany teachers in the development of educational projects; Strengthen inter-institutional relations for the implementation of projects and the program in general; manage and support community intervention project applying STEM skills.
