This allowed for a + 30% increase in the team's productive capacity, as well as a 13% reduction in the turnover rate of the technology team's personnel at the Latam level.

I was in charge of projects for digital products in the insurance, health, financial sector interacting with foreign providers in: United States, France, India and the common language was English. Design and implement a predictive model to reduce the risk of fraud in medical bills generated by traffic accidents (SOAT) nationwide, thus reducing the payment of these by 30%. I supported the company's pre-sale processes to achieve projects.

Lead the technology team to meet the business and technological requirements of the client of the largest insurance sector in Colombia. This was a project of approx COP 23,000 MN (USD 6 M).
