I designed and developed strategies for the different areas of the company, in order to optimize processes and generate a work culture based on indicators in the work teams. I lead the processes of purchase, imports, foreign trade and logistics. Achievements: • Changed and implemented a new strategic structure under Michael Porter's theory.

We obtained a 30% reduction in expenses at a general level and an increase in sales of 20% for the whole year.

I participate in the "Knowledge Management" project in which I had to collect and organize information on hydroelectric projects, in order to present a report for the management of the Porce IV and Hidroituango projects.

I documented all the experience and knowledge identified for new Hydroelectric projects that were both written and in the minds of the experts. This information was used at the time for decision making in senior management for the project.

I created the national and international purchasing processes from scratch, I strategically directed the entire international logistics process, I ensured compliance with the indicators of the area and I led and developed the work team in charge: 25 people.

Achievements: • I will lead the assembly and development of the purchasing area, which was new to the company. • I reduced the operating costs of expenses in the logistics chain, optimizing the area by 20%.
