Lead the technology team executing activities for the fulfillment and proper functioning of the company's internal and external requests. Assume leadership of the Naeku project, complying with the development and release of the product into effective production.

Coordinate the execution of processes, activities and/or initiatives for the compliance and proper functioning of projects according to strategic planning. Assign responsibilities and tasks to team members to ensure effective execution of projects. Lead the scrum master team in cascade for the execution of different projects.

I assumed the leadership of the project in the absence of the project manager, complying 100% with the client's expectations and requirements. I implemented a new work plan that improved delivery times, reaching 100% compliance within the agreed times.

Coordinate team performance to ensure compliance with client expectations and maintenance of the relationship with the client. Support the management of the Scrum Master and the DevTeam in the timely enablement of the tools, to ensure day-to-day operation. Manage the administrative processes of the relationship with the client, to guarantee billing, contractual management, among others.

I strengthened the contractual relationship with the client, positioning myself as their trusted advisor and first option when contracting services. I managed risk mitigation in the project, guaranteeing its normal course, within the budget and with the proposed results.
