During the position, all the knowledge of topics related to the liquidation of contributions to associates, reactivation plans, physical business, family groups, amortization of contributions, cooperative billing, among others, was acquired. Adequate support was also provided to advisors.

During the position, all the necessary knowledge was acquired to support any issue related to the commercial area (Sico) of the cooperative, where a successful connection of the applicants to the cooperative is sought.
