To put international cooperation agencies in dialogue with local administrations, to dialogue the intransigence of the institutionality with the spontaneity of popular education.

Serve as facilitator of the schools of Human Rights and Culture of Peace, Spaces for Life, in the municipalities of El Castillo, Vista Hermosa, Uribe and Mesetas in the Department of Meta.
