As a supervisor, my responsibility was to lead a team in charge of making inbound and outbound calls to contact potential clients and schedule consultations on our solar panel program. During that time, I managed to obtain excellent metrics, reaching up to 33 validated appointments in a single day. These appointments were especially difficult to validate due to the company's strict rules.

My responsibility was to organize, translate and select the evidence to be presented to the prosecutor in the case. I also acted as an interpreter both in legal settings and in personal interviews. In addition, in that position, I was in charge of the complete organization of the virtual judicial file.
