In the company, I led customer service, collecting and understanding requirements. I developed various software, including a ticketing system and a medication management system with Laravel, and a multi-vendor marketplace with WordPress. I was also in charge of corrections and improvements in existing software. I highlight my role in training clients after the completion of the projects.
