Provide on-site support to Bancolombia headquarters users – Central Headquarters, Pier 30 • Monitor the status of the Central Headquarters, Pier 30 equipment (Wan1, Wan2 and Guest equipment) • Manage permissions for users and access to the headquarters • Perform monthly network status reports • Ensure implementations of IDS and SDLAN technologies
