As part of my undergraduate project at Shalom, I made improvements in the human resources area by documenting and standardizing the processes corresponding to recruitment and selection of personnel, onboarding, work environment and work performance.

Thanks to this project, I achieved a 30% improvement in management indicators in just 6 months
