Collaborate in the development of new functionalities for the company's products such as creating a feature that will allow new users to join an existing organization and validate if the invitation link has not been modified. Fix bugs, optimize, and modularize the code applying software development best practices. Perform collaborative work using agile methodologies (Scrum), Git, and GitHub.

Support in the integration of new students as they face new technological challenges, assist in solving exercises using JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and Sequelize, sharing experiences, creating a healthy environment, and fostering collaborative learning (Pair Programming).

Lead a team of 10 professionals in charge of offering the best services to the local community, plan, organize, budget development and monitoring, ensure the execution of the strategic plan inside and outside of the Professional Training Center (ADRA Jobs Center), manage the project beneficiary’s database using Visual Basic and Microsoft Excel, maintain the technological  infrastructure of the project, as well as teach Spanish and IT Skills using English and French as teaching support
