I developed strategies related to the analysis of information to improve the management of Cashback campaigns. I collaborated in the Optimization of billing area processes through the implementation of programming languages such as Python and SQL, which allowed automation in the handling of large volumes of information.

I carried out the survey of the Crédito Fácil platforms (Information Systems) and managed the refresh interface exchange processes with third parties. I generated queries, reports and reports on request for the Commercial and Business Operations areas, implementing the development of scripts in SQL Server. I managed the claims and requests to the requirements of the Commercial Management in the Portfolio Purchase process.
