I am in charge of making an initial contact with the client, generating a Backlog of the service, additionally in meetings with the Engineers in charge of the projects, a list of stories with schedules of deliverables is generated, which is followed up for the scope of objectives, within these processes I am in charge of managing with suppliers, eliminating any impediment of the personnel that executes the activities and helping the final delivery of the service
