My role in the position is to serve clients in the public sector, request the needs and deliverables that are required within the organization. Maintain permanent contact, customer service, after-sales service.

Lead business management together with stakeholders, to ensure that customer requirements are met; managing requests and requirements from the client, supported by a process management team and different interdisciplinary areas: accounting, tax and legal.

Manage the commercial relationship with the clients in charge, be aware of their requirements, provide support and advice. Advance the review, detailed analysis and contractual monitoring of financial businesses, as well as the parameterization of the technological applications necessary to start the operation of the business.
