As part of the Monitoring and Control team, my main function is to monitor and control the fulfillment of the objectives and goals set in the project and guarantee the quality of the products and services provided.

• Through the creation of databases and the design of indicators, I facilitated the monitoring and timely reporting of findings that may impact the execution of the project.

Functions: Support to the various administrative and operational activities assigned. Among the functions was monitoring and control of project activities, preparation of weekly management reports, preparation of characterization documents, control of indicators in Excel and other activities relevant to the position.

• I built databases and applications that facilitated the consultation and organization of information for the preparation of documents. • Optimized the preparation of weekly reports by automating the databases and the statistics collected from the project management.

Construction of a market plan for the assigned product or technology.

• I identified opportunities, risks, barriers and strengths of the technology in the national and international environment, highlighting the most relevant bidders, possible licensees or competitors in the market. • Formulated a marketing strategy.
