Direct and facilitate the process for students to develop the products and services of the job occupation they are learning, based on the development of knowledge, techniques, abilities, skills and attitudes. Provide guidance to students on career or trade alternatives. Evaluate the student's work, preparing, applying and grading learning verification tests.

Provide information in English to customers and the public about articles, services, schedules, rates and regulations. Answer customer questions and investigate complaints filed regarding services, procedures, and products; make returns and exchanges of merchandise. Operate telephone and electronic means of communication. Register and process the information object of consultation, to optimize the provision of the service.
