I'm responsible for updating and creating digital products for a big company, I work with a team of 15 people, and my functions are negotiation with PO's and stakeholders, research and understanding what is the pain of users using our platform, and solving it

I am the lead of the product design department, responsible for creating and maintaining our digital products and design thinking process and Mobile-First Design. I also manage the creation of mobile apps, websites, and landing pages, and research for the user experience process. I lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas on how to improve our products. I also conduct focus groups and make digital surveys in order to get feedback.
