Analyze customer requests and propose improvements from UX to improve product flows, user experience and UI.

UX/UI of the application. Creation of pieces for social networks. Creation of all the iconography, and design system, creation of motion graphics pieces.

Work closely with ecommerce analysts and front-ends to make improvements to designs and user experience across company platforms by analyzing heatmaps, behaviors, and sample customer interviews. All this in order, I repeat, to improve the interaction, experience and visual interface.
