If you are a Web designer passionate about technology, innovation, and education, Genuine School is looking for you!

You're Our Ideal Candidate IF:

You hold a University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Analytics, or related fields.

You bring 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance, conversion optimization, CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation, or demand generation.

You demonstrate fluency in Portuguese (to engage the Brazilian market), Spanish (for regional team collaboration), and functional English (for international documentation and meetings).

You possess proven experience analyzing funnels, running paid media campaign optimizations (Meta Ads & Google Ads), and setting up forms, landing pages, segmentations, and lead scoring logic.

You are proficient in CRM systems, lead lifecycle management, automation logic, and funnel analytics (HubSpot experience is highly desirable).

You hold a strong command of spreadsheets, UTM tracking parameters, campaign attribution, conversion measurement, and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or heatmap tools are a plus).

You have experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with content, design, tech, operations, and sales functions (experience in EdTech, digital services, or consultative sales is a plus).

You operate as a self-directed contractor with high analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on lead quality over sheer volume.

Responsibilities:

Funnel & Journey Optimization: Analyze lead journeys from acquisition to enrollment handoff, proposing and designing logic for nurturing workflows, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, and WhatsApp journeys.

Paid Media Support: Support the administration and continuous optimization of paid search and social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) following strategy and audience guidelines set by the Growth Coordinator.

Lead Quality & Traceability: Ensure full traceability across campaigns through UTM parameters, tracking setup, and attribution monitoring, prioritizing lead intent and conversion quality.

Experimentation & A/B Testing: Formulate hypotheses, analyze A/B test results, and turn performance data into actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Content, Design, Technology, Operations, and Enrollment teams to ensure campaign assets and automated journeys align with strategic priorities.

Reporting & Data Visualization: Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to track funnel metrics, campaign performance, and lifecycle KPIs, presenting clear insights and proposed optimizations.

Your Expertise in a Nutshell:

Data-driven mindset focused on lead quality, qualification, and conversion optimization.

Strong grasp of paid performance channels, lifecycle marketing, and CRM automation logic.

Rigorous attention to detail regarding tracking, UTM parameters, and data accuracy.

Ability to execute a defined growth strategy autonomously while proactively suggesting enhancements.
