We are looking for a Systems Analyst and technical support, responsible for the administration of computer equipment, servers, users, technological platforms, content management of web tools, internal and customer support, and implementation of the improvements and adjustments that are carried out on the company's infrastructure.

You must be a person open to change and easy to adapt, oriented to teamwork, with high resolution capacity, proactive and focused on meeting objectives.

What are your duties? 😄

 Administration of computer equipment and servers of the company.
 Ensure the proper functioning of the company's infrastructure.
 Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on equipment owned by the company.
 Support in software installation processes necessary for the operation of the different areas.
 Review of environments for installation of the developed products
 Deployment of applications in internal and customer environments.
 Support requirements gathering
 Technical configuration of the tool based on the requested scope.
 Preparation of instructions and/or manuals upon request.
 High interaction with Development and Support areas of the company.
 Estimation of effort and deadlines for the installation and configuration stage.
 Execute the test plan applicable to the software product.
 Error reporting to the Development area through the company's incident management tool.
 Compliance with procedures established for the area and the client.
 Document the results of the process carried out.
 Support content management activities in web tools such as pages, social networks, etc. of the company.
 Support technical activities assigned by their immediate superior.
 Support computer security processes of the company and business continuity.

Salary from 1.5 to 2 million according to your experience and results of the process

Hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What requirements must you meet? 💪

You must be a professional or student in the last semesters of Systems Engineering or related programs.
Have at least 1 year of experience in web development implementation.
High capacity for autonomous and team work.
