We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to replace maternity leave (with the possibility of permanence depending on adaptation and performance)

What are your functions? 😄

Settlement and payment of payroll. as well as the settlement and payment of social security.
Support in the elaboration of employment contracts for employment with the company.
Administration of the personnel in charge, under the supervision of the deputy manager or administrative director.
Invoicing and monitoring of the portfolio.
Payment to suppliers.
Payroll settlement and payment.
Carry out activities in order to determine different alternatives that seek to improve the operation of the company.
Develop all activities aimed at improving the company's internal and external processes, guaranteeing that its quality standards and continuous improvement are always met.

What are the contractual benefits? 😃

Fixed term contract.
Possibility of staying according to performance.
Salary between 1.5 and 1.7 Million COP (depending on your profile).
Bonus (according to profits of the organization).
Hours from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5.
Workplace Medellin Poblado sector (Manila).

What requirements must you meet? 💪

Recently graduated professional or student of last semesters of law, public accounting or related.
Experience in administrative areas.
Experience in payroll payments, social security and payment to suppliers.
Person with excellent interpersonal relationships, empathy and customer service.

Knowledge of labor legislation.

Polyvalent.
