I created a new application with npx create-react-app myapp and installed all the components needed to run the application.

But, when I run npm start it failed to compile.

The application is really minimal, and I created a sandbox to test it, and it runs (starts and show a clickable text) with apparently no problem.

I also have the same 'offending' code running on another application, where it runs with no problem.

Exactly the same code in the codesandbox, on my machine (Linux, Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS) returns the following error on npm start:

Can anyone help me to understand why the import/export couple could not run?
