Infinite log4javaScript Errors returning in Chrome

I've been running a simple create-react-app application for months now, and seemingly out of nowhere I'm getting thousands of warning messages returned to my Chrome browser  related to log4javascript.

ComChannels.ChromeComChannel.Content [WARN] - _onContentPortDisconnected: Never connected -> error in connection
Content.Dispatcher [WARN] - onComChannelConnectionFailed: Called: timeout

I don't have any dependencies in my package json that utilize log4javascript. When I run npm ls log4javascript it returns -- (empty)

So far I haven't had any luck troubleshooting this issue, or pinpointing where it's coming from. I can't ignore these warnings as they crash the application. Any ideas?

Chrome Version 96.0.4664.110
