i am working on application frontend react-native backend django and the user has option to upload video from phone gallery but video shouldn't be longer than 30 second

i need to know how i can split long video into multiple parts using react native.

For example if i have video one minute i want to split this video into two shorter videos each of them 30 second

is there any library can help?

I am searching it but still can't find any helpful information yet. So please any help i will be so thankful
