Estoy tratando de acceder al cuerpo de la solicitud usando NodeJS sin Express, pero por alguna razón, no pude ejecutar res.end("ok"); .

También debe llamar a req.end()

verifique el documento Node.js https://nodejs.org/api/http.html

Con http.request() siempre se debe llamar a req.end() para indicar el final de la solicitud, incluso si no se escriben datos en el cuerpo de la solicitud.
