Is it possible to display the keycap emojis through js

For example

var a =  String.fromCodePoint(0x1F354)+' this is a test';

or

var b =String.fromCodePoint(0x1F170) +' this is a test';

but not

var c =  String.fromCodePoint(0x20E3)+' this is a test';
